Day in the Life of Business Owner and Endurance Athlete Nick Bare

Nick Bare is a 32-year-old fitness and endurance influencer. Nick also is the founder of the supplement company Bare Performance Nutrition. Recently Nick has passed his CEO position on to Kat Thomas. This give him more time to focus on his role as Chief Creative Officer. The amount things Nick is able to accomplish in a day has led to his great success in the fitness and endurance community.

The Greatest Distance Runner Ever?

From 2014 to 2019 Kipchoge entered 10 marathons and he won every single one of them. Five years after he ran his first marathon Kipchoge broke the marathon world record by running a two-hour, one min and 39 second time. In 2022 he then again broke his own world record by 30 seconds.

Is Long-Distance Running or Sprinting Harder?

An argument that is common among track and field teams is which is harder, long-distance or short-distance running. As both of these require two completely different types of endurance, both parties think theirs is harder.
